Mann, describing his published works, and discussing immortality, the 'primordials of divine action,' the imperishability of matter, and the omnipotence of God. Together with an engraved portrait of Drew. 3 pp. With address panel. Age toned, else in very good condition. Samuel Drew (1765-1833), self-taught metaphysician, former smuggler and shoemaker, author of a successful 'Essay on the Immateriality and Immortality of the Soul' (1802), and known as the 'Cornish metaphysician.'.
