London: Heinemann, 1955. First Edition, First Printing. Hardcover. At Least Very Good/Poor. Blue cloth gilt, 12mo (7-1/4 inches tall), pp. 140, with "First Published 1955" on copyright page. Price-clipped DJ with stains to bottom panel, closed tears, large chip to head of spine with smaller chips to edges and a large closed tear from chip at spine to rear flap fold. Wobbe, A34.
Synopsis
Graham Greene (1904-1991) worked as a journalist and critic, and was later employed by the foreign office. His many books include The Third Man , The Comedians and Travels with My Aunt . He is the subject of an acclaimed three-volume biography by Norman Sherry.
