The dust jacket is noticeably worn, with scuffing and spotting along the sides of the spine, short edge tears and creases around top and bottom, age-toning in light-colored areas, and some material loss at the top right front, but it is now protected in a clear sleeve. xi, 2482pp. incl. index.; 12mo.
