She is also co-author of the beautiful travel cookbook, Made in Morocco . She has a strong presence in the print media, was the food editor of Sunday Life Magazine in Australia, and is now the food editor for Viva ( NZ Herald ). Julie is also a staff writer for Cuisine . Julie Le Clerc has had an eventful culinary career as a chef that includes boutique catering, establishing and operating several successful cafés, and cooking in private homes in Europe.
