Paris: Ganeau, Libraire, 1769. Hardcover. Very Good -. xxiii, [1], 477, [3] p.; 17 cm. Signatures: a8 b4 A-2R8/4 (12mo). Contemporary mattle calf with six spine compartments between raised bands. Gilt-tooled leather spine label; gilt-tooled decoration in remaining compartments. Board edges are gilt ruled. All page edges marbled. Marbled endpapers. Pink ribbon bookmark. "De l'Imprimerie de Quillau" -- colophon. Woodcut headpieces, initals, and tailpieces. Very scarce. In Very Good- Condition: minor loss of leather at ends of spine; corners rubbed; leather over spine is cracking; ink notations in an old hand in the margins of a few pages; otherwise, clean and tight.
