Short story excerpted from Gill's 'Ways of Loving'; one of an unspecified number of copies, printed as a New Year's greeting for friends of the author and publisher. Signed ('Brendan') and inscribed by Gill on front free endpaper, with a little drawing of a Christmas tree. Slight rubbing to covers, slight stain to one leaf.
