Chicago, New York: Rand McNally. Good with no dust jacket. 1920. Second Edition. Hardcover. 134, [ii] pp. Ads at rear. With 8 colour illustrations and many more black and white. Edition of 1920. With a pronouncing guide and bibliography at the rear. Khaki brown cloth with illustration of a white rabbit and a seagull on the front cover. Corners lightly bumped/toed in, spine tips have a little pulling but not much. Inside front cover has a child's Christmas book plate dated 1924 which has ghosted onto the opposite blank, bottom text block corner lightly bumped, title page has a bit of foxing but otherwise text is clean and unmarked. A nice copy of this book of Anishinaabe stories of the world's creation and other foundational mythologies. ; Color Illustrations; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 134 pages .
