This volume of poems are from the point of view of 'The Old Mandarin' who sees New York with a humorous wisdom of the (alleged) East. This volume also has additional translations from Chinese into English. Illustrated throughout the text by Gluyas Williams. In the original clipped dust wrapper. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, very smart. Internally, firmly bound with bright and clean pages.
