Appears unread, cover has much of the original gloss, faint crease near spine, pages are clean, unmarked and binding tight. A very good plus to about near fine copy. Original collection packed with stories by Robert E. Howard the creator of Conan including the short story "A Thunder of Trumpets" originally published in the 1938 issue of the pulp magazine Weird Tales, "Marchers of Valhalla" a previously unpublished novelette, "The Valley of the Lost" a previously unpublished weird western along with about half a dozen more novelettes and short stories. Cover art by Melvyn Grant. R.E.H. fantasy pulp collection, collectible. 156 pgs.
Synopsis
Marchers of Valhalla is a collection of two Fantasy novelettes by Robert E. Howard. It was first published in 1972 by Donald M. Grant, Publisher, Inc. in an edition of 1,654 copies. Grant published another collection of this title in 1977 OCLC 3178161. This 1977 edition added one story and included dust-jacket and illustrations by Marcus Boas.
