Fine in a Near Fine jacket, toned at the spine, closed tear at the top edge of the front panel. White cloth with black ink lettering on the spine. Square and firmly bound, clean internally. The first trade edition of Faulkner's novel originally written in 1926, a fable of a medieval knight searching for his fated lover.
