Illustrated with a frontispiece and many full-page and in-text images. A charming children's story following the adventures of a Prince who has gone missing. Written by George Edward Farrow, a noted British children's book author. Illustrated by Harry Furniss, a British illustrator who established his career on the Illustrated London News before moving to Punch, in collaboration with his daughter, Dorothy Furniss, a British artist and illustrator. In the original red cloth binding with gilt. Externally, smart with rubbing and minor bumping to the extremities. Fading to the spine with the odd small mark to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with the odd spot or handling mark. Very Good

Where are We?
Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
