Map illustrated end papers. Small puncture spot on the spine. Dust jacket is edge worn, creased, and has a small scuffed spot on the spine. Stated first edition. This copy includes the sheet "Bedford Forrest Edition". The author has signed this page. His inscription is written on the verso of the right front flyleaf - "For Edwin A. Price, Jr. One of Nashvilles finest spirits. Worthy bearer of one of Nashville's great names.
