Edited in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, by John Jacob (not clear what relationship if any this has to the legendary "Mojo Navigator R&R News" rock magazine); first poem is entitled "Lines for Grace Slick". Nice copy, no markings, faint sunning at spine.
