In a Full Red-Leather Fine-Binding, Gilt Title and Author on Spine, Gilt Exterior Dentelles with Blind-Embossed Interior Dentelles, All Edges Marble with Matching Marble End-Papers. In Very Good condition with hydrated leather, a strong spine showing no cracking or splitting, strong hinges showing no separation or starting, and no loose or missing pages. Outer covers show general rubbing and edge-wear with rubbing and scratching to the leather. Hinges show previous reading wear, but again, no separation or starting. Upper right corner of the front board of Volume II is exposed. Volume I: frontis, xxxi, 265pp. ; Volume II: frontis, 356pp. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall .
