Atlanta, Georgia: Turner Publishing, Inc, 1994. Signed by TWO astronauts: Neil Armstrong & Alan Shepard directly on the title page (their signatures only, NOT personalized to anyone). SEE PHOTOS. This book is exceedingly RARE when SIGNED by the first man to walk on the moon, NEIL ARMSTRONG. Laid in is a Certificate of Authenticity from Sport Collectors Inc. "unconditionally" guaranteeing the authenticity of both signatures. SEE PHOTOS. Also laid in are two downloads of Armstrong's signature for additional verification. Also signed by Alan Shepard -- the first American and second man in space (after Yuri Gagarin). Shepard is the only astronaut to visit the moon twice. Near Fine condition (only light cover wear) in a bright and shiny Near Fine dust jacket. The jacket has one short, closed tear but NO chips, creases or fading. NOT price clipped ($21.95). It is protected by a removable Demco clear-plastic sleeve. NO owner's name or bookplate. NOT a remainder. Pages are clean and unmarked. Introduction by Neil Armstrong. Illustrated with photos in the text and with a 32 page section of photos on glossy stock. Bound in the original blue boards, stamped in bright silver on the spine. Complete with dust jacket.
