Chicago (IL): Privately Printed, 1918 60pp. 10 plates, including a few in color and one double-truck fold-out. Spine ends rubbed. Tips rubbed and bumped. Several small spots to rear board. Signed by Milwaukee founder of Layton Art Gallery: Frederick Layton who was also the founder and owner of J&F Layton Meat Market (Former owner name?). About 1/2" spot on front board near spine edge. Spine has several small spots. Bump on top edge of front board. Heavy foxing to many pages. Spine and board edges are heavily sunned.. Signed by Author(s). Hard Cover. Good Plus/No Dust Jacket.
