This copy ships with a postcard of Roosevelts Little White House. The pages are clean and the binding is tight and secure. There is a signature in the front, and foxing to the first and last pages from age. There is also slight fading along the edge of the paper. There are old bumps to the corners and fading on the spine. No other marks, rips, tears, stains or writing. Ready to ship with delivery
