Dr. Charles E. Smith is an author, lecturer, conference leader, and a licensed Marriage Counselor.
He has spent his adult life working with individuals in a variety of settings, from the classroom and consultation room to the conference hall, presenting subjects ranging from self esteem to aftercare.
Active in his community and church, and several times a grandfather. Dr. Smith lives with his wife, Norma, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
