About This Item
London: Methuen (Devereux Books), 1928. 2nd Ed (1st-1927) . Grey Cloth. VG/G(+). 14 Cm X 22 Cm. vii+288; tiny letters 'N.A.' below publisher's imprint on t.p., presumably because whoever wrote it didn't think to look on verso for the date of publication!, otherwise internally clean, tight & unmarked, covers clean and unworn but slight wrinkling top spine of little consequence; unclipped jacket, sealed in protective plastic wrapper, clean but significant chip lower inner corner front, trace of label removal over printed front cover price, presumably price revision as half of a price revision label remains over printed price on spine, a little rubbing to spine ends. Scarce with jacket in any condition. Does not differ from 1st edition, being a 'Devereux Series' reprint. Note: quoted shipping rates are calculated for 500-700 gram net weight, cost will be modified up or down as appropriate outside this range.
