About This Item

The writings gathered in this volume date from about 1913 to 1922 and argue against a number of socialist writers of the time, notably Rosa Luxemburg and her views of Karl Kautsky, both of whom were influential in German socialist politics. Of interest is Lenin's statement of 1913, that "The denial of the right of nations to self determination in present-day Russia" comes from the lack of resistance to Great Russian nationalism>"
