No DJ. Pictorial card stock wraps. Wraps are not bent or folded; spine is not creased or split; text is secure in binding. 170 pp 8vo. New Mexico retains a varied and extensive bird population compromising some 460 species. This is because of its geographic position at the range limits of many northern, southern, eastern, and western species. Also because of NM's sparse population there is plenty of room for th birds to roam but the sighting of birds is also limited. The book is divided into geographical sections with listings of the birds common to those areas. Unmarked Birds of New Mexico Field Check-List laid in. A clean very presentable copy.
