A very good copy of the first edition of the 'Revised Version', New Testament, 1881, 14 x 22 cms, black leather, newly bound to judge from its quality, four raised bands to spine, gilt lettering and ruling, pale stains and dust to edges, marbled endpapers have some offset cellotape residue (dry), but otherwise internally very good with printed marginal notes; half-title is clipped to the top, and has on the reverse: 'published by Henry Frowde, Oxford Warehouse; C J Clay, Cambridge Warehouse'.. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good.
