[Note: This is the play Pres. Lincoln attended six years later, at which he was assassinated.] Attempt to burn down Massachusetts State House causes evacuation. France and Austria preparing for war. Lord Cowley sent from London to Vienna on a mission of conciliation. Disraeli says that a conditional guaranty offer has been made to the Atlantic Telegraph Co.
