Reader reviews for NMR Spectroscopy : Basic Principles, Concepts, and Applications in Chemistry

From the publisher

This 2nd edition presents the principles of NMR spectroscopy and its applications to organic chemistry. The new edition has been thoroughly revised and extended to include recent important advances in NMR spectroscopy. These include a new chapter on two-dimensional methods, an enlarged treatment of Fourier transform methods and a new section on solid state NMR. The introductory chapters provide the necessary underpinning knowledge for newcomers to the technique. Problems with their solutions are included. As with the first edition, this is essentially practical and non-mathematical in approach, although the most important formalisms and formulae are covered.
