Published Under the Sponsorship of the Nobel Foundation & The Swedish Academy. Red leather circle on front with gilt outlined illustration of Alfred Bernhard Nobel 1822-1896. Spine with two red panels gilt titled and five panels with elaborate gilt design. Corner tips and spine head and heel have just a bare touch of wear. Very clean and unmarked. Tight, solid and square with sharp corners. Two column format. Also includes Presentation Address, Acceptance Speech, Author Sample Works, Short Author Biography and the Specific year prize address for each author. Works of W. Faulkner, 1949, Illus by Robert J.
