Bishop Auckland; J Cummins, 1884., 1884. Hardcover. Octavo. Fold-out frontispiece Geological Map of the County and 2 fold-down Strata sections, all in colour. Book Condition: Very Good. Publisher's brown cloth with gilt titles to spine and upper board, and blind borders to boards; bottle green endpapers. Cover cloth rubbed with minor wear to corners and spine tips. Gift inscribed by the Author to W Innes Watson, to ffep. 3-inch closed tear to map from joint; map edges creased otherwise contents clean & tight. Scarce in this condition.
