Important early historical narrative of Southern California. Six Guns #188. Book is near Fine, No previous owner bookplate or writing, tight and square with sharp points, very clean dark grey weave publishers' cloth with red and black title block on front cover and on spine. Illustrated end papers with four old engravings, Jacket is Very Good Plus, price intact, light corner wear also at head and heel of spine, edge wear especially bottom edge of front panel has light chips and folds. Looks sharp in a new mylar sleeve. Very clean and most presentable First Edition. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall.
