Longmans, Green and Co, 1920. Hardcover. Very Good/Good. Originally published 1907, this edition published 1920. Green cloth with gilt spine titles and decoration, additional illustration stamped in blind to front panel; cloth very good with light rubbing to edges, bumped to spine ends and top fore-edge corners. The gilt at spine is dulled and rubbed, such that it looks dark brown in some places. Spine tilted forward slightly. Binding sound. Dust jacket toned, age-soiled, and edgeworn, with tape repairs to verso. Faintly, sparsely foxed to textblock edges; only rare instances of spotting in text. All plates present.
