Chip to heel of spine, light wear to edges. Ex-library stamp of Johns Hopkins [Baltimore, MD] to front cover. Front cover has detached. Rear cover lightly foxed. Laid in papers with proclamations from the Ministry of Chruch and Educational Affairs regarding provisions for the defence of academic dissertations, dated 3rd July 1878.
