London: F. Warne & Co Ltd. Cloth Boards. Good. R.B. Birch. 'A memory of the mind of a child'. Red boards with gilt and black illustration. Illustrated by Reginald Birch throughout. Decorated endpapers are slightly foxed. Illustrated gilt and black spine partially faded. Corners and edges slightly bumped and worn. Two small stickers to front pdep, one top left with a number '41' inscribed, bottom left with bookseller sticker - see photos. Text block tight, clean and bright.
