"Bossuet" gilt-tooled on front board; gilt-tooled decorative border on each board. Marbled endpapers. Former owners' names on first blank leaf: C. de Coutouly and F. de Coutouly. Contents: Oraison Funebre de la Reine de la Grande-Bretagne -- Oraison Funebre de Henriette-Anne d'Angleterre, Duchesse d'Orleans -- Oraison Funebre de Marie-Therese d'Autriche -- Oraison Funebre d'Anne de Gonzague de Cleves, Princesse Palatine -- Oraison Funebre de Michel le Tellier, Chancelier de France -- Oraison Funebre de Louis de Bourbon, Prince de Conde -- Sermon pour la Profession de Madame de la Valliere, Duchesse de Vaujour. Lacking title page; otherwise, in Good Condition: lacking leather at head of spine and lower corner on front board; leather is split over front joint; rubbed, with some loss of gilt borders; 3 initial blank leaves are detached but present; lightly soiled throughout; otherwise, clean and tight.
