London: John Murray, 1860.. Second edition, second issue, fifth thousand, 8vo, x, 502, 32 advertisement pp. Folding table. Original gilt titled green cloth, subtly recased, spine ends with some light rubbing, mild discolouration to the upper cover, held in a recent green cloth folding box. Freeman 376, variant a. First published the previous year. The first issue of the second edition also appeared in 1859; but for the the mention of "fifth thousand" on the title page the two issues are identical.
