About This Item

Text is clean and unmarked in a square and tight binding. The top of the text block is darkened with age. Text is age-toned. The map on the back free end paper and pastedown were attached upside down. DJ is smudged with wear at the corners and outside edges. From the front DJ flap, "This modern history, drawn from new and diversified sources, tells a story of great interest to Americans. The ten years preceding the Revolution were crucial in the nation's story and Professor Miller's history of them differs sharply from conventional accounts."
