Hutchinson & Co. London. 1902. Hutchinson. 1902. Early edition. In two large 4to hardback volumes. 18 coloured plates and hundreds more illustrations in b/w to both volumes. Original green cloth gilt, rebacked with original spines, (laid down to vol. I and recased to vol. II) and new endpapers. Pages v and vi have been inserted later to prelims. Edges of boards worn and rubbed, head and tail of spines frayed.
