Chicago: The Lakeside Press, 1961. First edition. Fine in dark blue cloth covered boards with gilt text stamping on the spine and with a gilt top edge to the text block. Edited by Richard Harwell. Laid-in at the front of this copy is a Compliments of the Season card from Russell W. Thompson. This book was not previously published but is from the original manuscript which Cooke was preparing for publication who served on the staff of J.E.B. Stuart during the Civil War. 413 pages including an index and a list of all previous title published in the Lakeside Classic series.
