New York: Theo Audel, 1945. Second Edition. . Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. 8vo. 294, (8) pages. Hardcover in textured black cloth. Binding has light rubbing. Rubbing at headcap/foot of spine. There is a page with strips of coloured strips. The strips have caused toning on the tissue paper. Two of the strips are missing. The text has light toning at the edges of the pages. The first page of the advertisements has a 2 inch long diagonal tear at the upper right portion of the page.
