Maps on back endpapers. The illustrations, including on the dust jacket and endpapers, are by the author, James Reynolds (1891-1957), American set and costume designer, painter, and writer. Book is in Near Fine Condition: fore-edges slightly soiled; otherwise, clean and tight. Dust jacket is in Very Good- Condition: spine is slightly sunned; minor shipping at ends of spine; closed 0.5-cm. tear from upper edge of front section; clean and bright.
