Pictorial dust jacket designed by Clarke Hutton in excellent condition with minor shelf wear to the top. A couple of marks on the boards and a small mark on the title paper. Minor light spotting top edge, otherwise in near fine condition inside. 220pp. A light hearted satire on the follies of bureaucracy. Suitable as a gift copy.
