The author's name and address ink stamp is on the same page. Laid-in is a full page letter, folded once, signed by the author requesting a review of this book. The letter is addressed to "Attention: Book Review Editior" and is misdated February 24, 1980 [not 1990]. The letter has the heading "For Immediate Release: Funeral Notice" and the first line reads: "My novel, THE PHANTOM BLOOPER, was born dead this month." Photographs upon request.
