An undated copy, dated from the copies held on Copac c1860. This is the uncommon John Christie edition. A charming volume exploring the beautiful landscapes of Wales by John Tillotson, author of 'The Album of Scottish Scenery,' 'Beauties of English Scenery,' and other topographical works. Each area and place visited is described by the author. Illustrated with thirty-seven steel engravings by H Adlard; Allen; Gastineau and others. Collated, complete. In the original publisher's full cloth binding. Externally sound with some shelf wear and bumping to the head and tail of the spine and extremities, some soiling to the boards and spine. Lacking the front free endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are generally bright and clean with minor spotting to the occasional page, with a minor tidemark affecting the lower gutter and lower right margin of all leaves, not affecting text. Illustrated with thirty-seven steel engravings by H Adlard; Allen; Gastineau and others. Collated, complete. Good
