A near VG copy (neat initials on the front paste-down), fading to the spine and wear to the spine tips). In a supplied VG+ D/W. Inscribed by the author (Best wishes/ Denis Compton to the photographic frontispiece). Additionally signed by the 1948 Australian Cricket Team, including, inter alia: Donald Bradman, Lindsay Hassett, Sid Barnes, Colin McCool, Keith Miller, Arthur Morris, Doug Ring, Sam Loxton, Ron Hamence, Neil Harvey, Bill Brown, Ian Johnson, Ray Lindwall, Keith Miller, Arthur Morris, Ron Saggers, W A Brown + a few non-related autographs including Bill Edrich.
