About This Item
New York & London: G.P. Putnam's Sons, 1923. First American Edition. First American edition. Octavo. Red cloth with patterned paper covered boards and full length paper spine label, in matching dust jacket. [viii], 245 pages. Slight corner bumps, bookseller's ticket on rear endpaper partially effaced, a very good, clean copy in the original printed dust jacket which has some light wear and chipping to the edges, minor speckles on the rear panel and a bit of tanning to the spine. Overall, quite a nice copy in the very scarce dust jacket. This edition includes Dunsany's "Preface to American Edition".
