Macmillan and Co. London.,1918. Reprint of the 1880 first Brooke edition. 8vo. ( 6.3 x 4.3 inches). Fine early leather binding by Morrell of London for Truslove and Hanson of Sloane Street. Half dark blue calf, spine with raised bands, each with gilt piping. Gilt lettering, ruling and decorations in compartments, blue cloth on boards. Marbled endpapers. Top edge gilt. A fine copy.:
