Parigi (Paris), 1755-1769: Presso La Vedova Quillau/Presso G.C. Molin. Small Octavo. Complete in 10 volumes, text in Italian. Each volume has engraved title page. Vol. 1 has frontispiece by D. Sornique after C. Eisen, and vignette headpiece by N. Le Mire after C.N. Cochin. Vol. 1-9, 1755; Vol.. 10, Parigi: Presso G.C. Molini, bookseller, 1769. All uniformly bound in vellum, spines fully decorated in gilt, double red morocco spine labels gilt, all edges speckled red, evidence of early owner bookplate removal to each volume, with short split to upper joint of volume one, usual soiling to the vellum. A very nice set and scarce with tenth volume. A favorite of Thomas Jefferson (who only had volumes 1-8) see Sowerby Catalogue.
