Bound in full morocco with decorative gilt designs and raised bands, bound by Hayday with their binder's signature to the front pastedown. Illustrated with an engraved title page and dedication with monochrome vignettes, headpieces and borders throughout designed by B. Foster and F. Clayton. This work features the collected poetical works of George Herbert, an English poet and priest of the Church of England. Bound in full morocco. Externally smart with marks to the boards, rubbing to the extremities, raised bands and joints and front joint starting slightly to the head. Binder's stamp to the front pastedown with spotting to the endpapers. Internally firmly bound with generally bright pages with light spotting throughout, heavier to the front and rear. Good
