Gilt-blocked leather label to spine, with gilt-crossed raised bands and spine compartments uniformly tooled in gilt. Spine bands and panel edges slightly dust-toned and rubbed as with age. Slightly faded gilt-stamped school coat-of-arms on front panel. Decorative gilt border to front and rear panels. All edge gilt. Prize label on front pastedown to E. G. H. Moody (previous owner) dated 1930. Remains particularly well-preserved overall; tight, bright, clean and strong. ; 8vo 8"" - 9"" tall; 554 pages; Description: xiii, 554p., frontis.
