About This Item
London: Humphrey Milford, 1913. Leather. Very Good Indeed. 7" by 5". None. A beautifully bound collection of the poems of Robert Bridges. Robert Bridges was Britain's Poet Laureate from 1913 to 1930. He achieved literary fame late in life and is the author of many well known hymns. This collection excludes his eight dramas. It was likely issued on his appointment as Poet Laureate. In a half crushed morocco binding. Externally, very smart with just some fading to the spine and the odd mark. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright and clean. Very Good Indeed
