What makes this set even more special is the accompanying CD of the wonderful story of "The Polar Express," read by well-known actor Liam Neeson, star of many motion pictures including "Schindler's List.

THE BOOK is bound in beautiful green leather with a color inset illustration by Van Allsburg on the front cover. With gold gilt cover accents and page edges, moire silk endpapers and a bound-in silk bookmark. The original shrinkwrap has never been opened. Purchased directly from the publisher.

THE CD is enclosed in a protective plastic sleeve. Neeson reads the story wonderfully and is accompanied with beautiful music throughout, sure to lull any child to sleep on Christmas Eve.

Also includes a small silver cardboard ornament with the design from "The Polar Express" on it, along with the Certificate of Authenticity from Easton Press.

"The Polar Express" was made into a successful major motion picture in 2004 starring Tom Hanks and directed by Robert Zemeckis with Chris Van Allsburg serving as Executive Producer. Also, it was awarded the Caldecott Medal for children's literature in 1986.
