Front free endpaper has been neatly removed. Single lender's stamp on copyright page. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. Dust jacket protected with plastic cover (adhered to rear paste down, tape has marked free endpaper), has some shelf wear, mirrors book damage, price clipped. 8vo. Charts the life and career of the New York man whose great interest in life lay in medical research went on to make him world famous.
