The wraps are bumped & lightly soiled with a small area of heavier soiling to the rear wrap. The spine & extremities are somewhat darkened. 201 pages. Color frontispiece & profuse full-page black-and-white illustrations. There is occasional light soiling. Good. <p>Published for the National Portrait Gallery on the occasion of an exhibition at the gallery celebrating the first season of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Exhibited were two centuries of portraits, many by major artists, of American actors, dancers and opera, musical comedy and concert performers.
